"Hello Ms W.(omitted),
My wife and I are in the process of moving from San Diego to San Antonio. About 3 years ago we purchased a house that was 32 yrs. old planning to retire and move - as we are doing. After the renters vacated and we did a walk through this past August we decided that 35 yr old, single pane aluminum frame windows needed replacement. I did homework and to shorten the story decided on Milgard windows. We went on line and found The Window Replacement experts as the San Antonio area dealer, thus Justin came into our plans.
Now, to say that he is accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful would be the minimum; more would probably embarrass him. We were in San Antonio for brief periods in Sept. & early Oct. and he arranged to meet at the house when we needed him at the times we could, bringing the materials including samples, that assisted us in decision making. The order was eventually made and an instillation schedule agreed upon, however a court required legal situation that I was involved in through work, caused us to call and ask for a revised install date.
Justin was great in that he made the adjustment, rearranged his crew's schedule and was on location without a hitch. My wife was there and has only praise for the way in which the men went about the task. The product is all I expected. The workmanship is superior and after they left there was nothing to show that fellows had been in and out removing and installing, except the windows themselves.
Justin kept us informed throughout with phone and emails as to the ordering, deposit billing, arrival of product to his location and readiness to proceed as scheduled. He was on sight throughout and
has called more than once to follow up on satisfaction or questions.
The install took place in late October and I was not able to be in town until the 5th of Dec. I am so pleased that after a few days in the house, that is now our home, I called to thank him and offer to bea reference.
